Limits, stated plainly
- Uploads: up to 200 MB per file (Merge PDF: up to 20 PDFs, 200 MB total).
- Reverse video: clips up to 3 minutes.
- Video to GIF: the first 60 seconds of the video.
- Text to PDF: up to 20,000 characters per document.
- Rate limits: fair-use limits per visitor keep the tools fast for everyone — there are no per-day job counters and no watermarks.
- Cannot be converted: DRM-protected files and PDFs whose password you do not know. Scanned PDFs cannot become editable Word files directly — but the PDF OCR tool reads them into plain text. Full explainer in the docs.
- Transcription: speech-to-text runs on files up to 30 minutes long.
- Scanned-PDF OCR: up to 20 pages per run (split longer scans first).
